Log into your COMAN account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Device
Place the electronic item back in its original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure your return is eligible for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the device for hardware integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
